Discussion
This was a rather succinct meeting in which the discussion ranged from how to effectively measure successful completion of this commitment to the complexities and difficulties associated with expanding the reach of this commitment. Clearly, civil society would like to see more accomplished than just the release of the report called for in this commitment. The government officials attempted to explain why doing more is so complex.
